Do you ship worldwide? No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If so, you will be updated via email regarding multiple shipments for your order.
How long will my order take to deliver? Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Most orders will be delivered in 2-5 business days via our primary shipper UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the order has shipped and also when it's out for delivery.
What are my payment options? We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as Paypal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What are my delivery options? We currently ship all orders via UPS which also includes a tracking number.
How secure is your site? CrimeGuardian.com processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider, Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are also verified by Stripe to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Can I change my order? Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes to your order. We usually ship orders out within one (1) business day, and cannot guarantee any changes can be made once your order is submitted.

Can I return or exchange an item? Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Please read our Return Policy for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve your issue.
What if I received a damaged item? If you discover a defect or faulty product in your order, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order), you may simply reply to your original order confirmation email or visit our Contact Us page.
